Introduction:
Soda feldspar ball mill is mainly used for the ceramic industry ,the liner will be ceramic lienr or rubber liner ,with out iron pullution.
Soda Feldspar ball mill Applications:
Soda Feldspar ball millis used to grind many kinds of mine and other materials. Ball Mill grind material by rotating a cylinder with steel grinding balls, causing the balls fall back with the cylinder rotating and drop on the material to be ground. The rotation is usually between 20-40 r/min, depending upon the diameter of the mill. The larger the diameter, the slower the rotation.Suitable rotaring speed is vital for material ground.
Soda Feldspar ball mill Working Principle:
Soda Feldspar ball mill is an efficient machine for fine powder grinding and key equipment for grinding after the crushing process. There are two ways of ball mill grinding: the dry way and the wet way. It is used to grind many kinds of mineral ores and other materials, or to select mine. the soda feldspar ball mill is dry grinding generally , the whole soda feldspar ball mill plant include feeder ,soda feldspar ball mill,powder concentrator,dust collector ,bucket elevator ,screw conveyor ,etc.
Soda Feldspar Ball Mill Structure:
Soda Feldspar ball mill is mainly made up of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, rotating part(reduction box, small rotating gear, motor, electronic control). Hollow shaft adopts steel casting, and inner plate is replaceable. Rotary wheel adopts casted hobbling. Inside the barrel, it has wearable liner. Ball mill works very stably, and can choose dry ball mill and wet ball mill.
