Drive roller: The drive roller is usually located on the head side of the belt conveyor. The surface is cast with rubber and has a left/right chevron or diamond pattern; the output side of the roller can be left, right or both sides; The output shaft form needs to be determined according to the actual use requirements; the drive roller is usually mechanically connected with the power source to form the driving device of the belt conveyor, which provides a steady stream of power for the normal operation of the belt conveyor;
Reversing roller: The reversing roller is generally located at the tail of the belt conveyor, and the surface is generally made of smooth cast rubber; the tensioning device is generally designed together with the reversing roller.
Roller: According to the function of the roller, it can be divided into different types of rollers such as grooved upper roller, buffer roller, over roller, return roller, self-aligning roller, etc.;
Tightening device: Since the belt is an elastic body, to ensure the normal operation of the belt conveyor, the belt needs to be tightened so that the friction between the belt and the drum is greater than the resistance during operation; the tightening device is mainly divided into the heavy hammer tightening device and the car type Tension device, spiral tension device, and electric winch tension device; can be selected according to different usage requirements.
Sweeper: The sweeper is divided into two categories: head cleaner and empty section cleaner; head cleaner is generally set on the drive drum, and the sweeping device is tangent to the belt on the drive drum; the empty section cleaner is generally set on The underside of the belt is close to the side of the reversing drum.
Safety protection device: Generally there are deviation detection device, slip detection device, rope switch, tension detection device, backstop device, etc.
